Introducing Our New Chair and Trustees

At our AGM last night two new Trustees were co-opted and a new chair was elected. Brian MacKenna was elected Chairperson following the decision by Caítiona Scanlan to step down after three years in the role. Brian is a prescribing pharmacist with Islington CCG. We are immensely grateful to Caítriona for her stewardship and contribution.

In addition two new Trustees were appointed. Mairead Reynolds and Allen Duffy take up their Trustee role with immediate effect. They are both Chartered Accountants with a wide range of personal interests and professional achievements. We look forward to their contribution to the organisation in the coming years and are delighted that the Chartered Accountants Institute of Ireland [London] collaborated with us to recruit Trustees with this expertise.


We are looking for Volunteers to accompany our clients to various appointments, i.e. Doctors, Hospital, Benefits etc.… some of our clients needing support are vulnerable and just need that extra support and care.

We are also looking for Volunteers to lead or assist our group activities.
